Tasting note
A beech-style Cabernet Sauvignon: Cassis is the most prominent note of CS Substance, accompanied by plums, cherries and licorice. Its delicate spiciness is reminiscent of mint, cardamom and black pepper.

Vinification
A pure Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for twelve months in French oak barrels.
