Tasting note
A Cabernet Sauvignon with great color and a fresh and fruity aroma from berries to spiciness, on the nose and on the palate, not too lush, but also not too easy, just the right way to spend time “in the now”.
Vinification
Maceration on shells in steel containers for about 10 days; aging and aging in oak barrels of 500 liters and 225 liters for 12 months.
