Tasting note
Elegant cru of ruby red color. With a unique scent, with its essences of spices and red fruits such as cherries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. The taste is impressive with its incomparable balsamic notes and a soft, balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
Highly recommended for special occasions and selected dishes, be it meat, rich pasta dishes, gratinated vegetables, well-stored cheeses. Also very suitable as a meditation wine.
Vinification
After very careful manual harvesting, fermentation takes place on the grape skins at a controlled temperature of 25°. It is aged in French barriques with a rest period of 18 months, and the final ageing takes place in the bottle for at least 12 months before the wine is sold.
