About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Drei Dona' - Tenuta La Palazza is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the flourishing and fertile countryside of Emilia-Romagna. We have a special, strong Cabernet Sauvignon from 2013 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Cabernet Sauvignon with red meat or Gruyère burgers.
Tasting note
The color is a dense ruby red. The extremely pure bouquet ranges from blackberries, the typical cassis aroma, to notes of precious spices and tobacco. On the palate, the Magnificat is powerful and rich. Tannin and acid are harmoniously combined and provide the necessary freshness. The long-lasting finish once again confirms the class of this Cabernet Sauvignon.

Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Cabernet Forli IGT Magnificat harmoniert bestens mit rotem Fleisch, Gruyère Burger und Pizza mit Pilzen.
Vinification
Mash fermentation takes place at 20°-30°C and lasts 14-20 days. The wine is then aged in Franconian barriques for about 18 months.
