About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Villa Girardi has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the blooming and fertile landscape in Veneto. With the dominant Corvina 2013 — Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso Bure Alto DOC, nuances and accents are redefined. Deep ruby red color. Aromatic nose with the scent of ripe cherries, plums and spicy notes. On the palate, velvety tannins, strong yet elegant body with balanced fruit aromas and spiciness.

Vinification
Manual harvest, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25-30 degrees with 8 days of maceration. Subsequent storage for 18 months in traditional Slavonian oak barrels of 65 HL
