About the wine
Give yourself and your guests pleasure for the senses with the first-class Bündner Blanc de Noir AOC from 2018! You can describe the landscape of the Bündner Herrschaft with such words as mountainous or hilly. However, the Swiss winery Zanolari Söhne is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded successfully!
Tasting note
It is aromatic, very fine and elegant, clear and with a wonderful fruity sweetness - yet dry on the palate. It has a comfortable and lightweight design. It can be used for many purposes.
Culinary recommendation
Definitely a very good choice for an aperitif. Serve with fish from local waters. Whether smoked, fried or poached, the Blanc de Noir from Pinot Noir goes well with it. Whenever you feel like a fresh white wine.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed directly. Fermentation with pure yeast in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 15 - 18°C.
