About the wine
Wine obtained by gently pressing Merlot grapes, which are harvested by hand, squeezed and briefly macerated with the skin. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in steel vats to preserve the aromas of the grape variety. The wine remains on the lees in stainless steel tanks for a few months before being processed into sparkling wine.
Tasting note
Delicate pink. Intense fragrance with elegant aromas of strawberries and small red fruits. Soft, fresh and with intensely fruity notes. The perlage makes this wine delicate and persistent at the same time.
Culinary recommendation
This wine is very popular as an aperitif, but also goes well with starters, sausages and light dishes.
