Tasting note
Bright ruby red with violet reflections. The fruit-intensive bouquet shows notes of preserved cherries and blackberries. The aroma palette is complemented by well-integrated roasted aromas, and subtle cinnamon and vanilla notes are also visible. Intense and powerful on the palate, with the well-integrated acidity providing the necessary freshness.

Vinification
The temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The subsequent expansion takes around 12 months. This involves the use of 500 liter and 25 hectoliter oak barrels.
