About the wine
Do you already know the dominant red wine Bourgogne Pinot Noir ac Moillard-Grivot M.O. from the 2010 vintage? If not, it's time! The loamy, gravelly soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Pinot Noir. The winemaker from the French winery Moillard-Grivot knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This Pinot Noir is excellent to serve with red meat or salmon.
Tasting note
Color: Clear ruby red with medium purple reflections. Aromatics: On the nose, fresh aromas of ripe fruits such as strawberries and cherries with a spicy note of orange blossom and anise. Body: The dry wine shines with a long start with present acidity, elegant, youthful on the palate with a wonderfully aromatic aftertaste of orange blossoms and ripe strawberries. Quality: A light, pleasant and round Pinot Noir with a distinctive burgundy character.
