Tasting note
Tief rubinrote Farbe mit violetten Reflexen. Die Nase ist elegant und klar im kräuterigen Ausdruck mit Nuancen von Brombeeren und roten Beerenfrüchten. Am Gaumen gut strukturiert, weich und ausdauernd. Ein typischer Cabernet aus der Region.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Bolgheri DOC Vigna Scopaio passt hervorragend zu Ribeye Steak, Pizza mit Pilzen und rotem Fleisch.
Vinification
Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung, folgt eine Maischestandzeit von 15 Tagen. Die malolaktische Gärung erfolgt in Stahltank. Ausbau: ca. 10 Monate Barrique
