Tasting note
Intense ruby red, excellent aromatic nose pattern. Black berry aromas with spicy and balsamic nuances. The dense and silky tannin makes it strong, full on the palate and shows great potential.

Vinification
After the alcoholic fermentation is complete, a maceration period of 15 days follows. The malolactic fermentation takes place in new 500-liter barrels. Ageing: barriques for at least 12 months
