About the wine
New in the range! The mother of the current operators inherited the small vineyards in the Binissalem region from relatives as a little girl. Since 2007, the family has continued the mother's legacy, respecting the unique terroir, cultivating the tradition of winemaking and preserving the local, autochthonous grape varieties.

Tasting note
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. In the nose with stone fruit Aromas such as peach and apricot, melon and slightly nutty notes. On the palate, with a fine texture and aromas of pear, papaya and candied kumquat. Fresh acidity and a citrusy finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes wonderfully with an aperitif with fresh bread and sobrasada.
Vinification
The grapes for this wine were harvested by hand and the young wine was aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
