About the wine
We have a special, outstanding Aglianico from 2013 for you, which inspires many wine connoisseurs. Sunny and blooming landscapes in Puglia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Tormaresca conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Aglianico is ideal to serve with leek vegetables or fried potatoes.

Tasting note
The grapes for Bocca di Lupo are harvested as a selection with slight overripe and carefully selected. The mash fermentation is carried out in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. The young wine is then aged for 20 months in French and Hungarian barriques and a further 12 months in the bottle.

A treat with lamb gigot with garlic or spicy pasta dishes.
