Bio
Tasting note
Classic Blaufränkisch made from various locations, different soils and mostly young vines. Its full aroma extends far beyond the edge of the glass: blackcurrant, cherry and ripe dirndls with notes of lavender and spruce. Deep dark red impresses the eye, his balanced character is focused and taut.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Blaufränkisch Rusterberg passt hervorragend zu Pasta mit Steinpilzen, Steak und Pilzrisotto. Unsere Empfehlung: Die perfekte Trinktemperatur für den Bio-Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 15°-17°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2023.

Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 12 months in large wooden barrels. Unembellished.
