About the wine
The winemaker from the German winery Hanspeter Ziereisen masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the sunny and blooming landscape in Baden. We have a special, strong Pinot Noir from 2012 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. The Flaschenpost team guarantees a culinary experience when you serve this Pinot Noir with cheese or red meat.
Tasting note
The nose is dominated by black berries and cherries with light roasted aromas and a fine liquorice note. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and spicy, elegant with ripe tannins and a fresh acidity.

Goes well with beef, mushrooms, veal
Vinification
Hand-sorted grapes are fermented on the skins for six weeks, stored for 20 months in 30% new and 70% used 225 liter wooden barrels, bottled without filtration.
