Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this sparkling wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape in Veneto.
Tasting note
This straw-yellow sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage is fresh and light. It has intense fruity notes of ripe apple and acacia flowers and is pleasant and elegant.
Culinary recommendation
Auris harmonizes wonderfully with fish dishes and ham with melons. It is particularly impressive as an aperitif wine with pastries or small appetizers.
