About the wine
With the powerful Trebbiano 2017 — Bianco del Casal Bianco Veronese IGT, you can offer your guests something very special. The winemaker from the Italian winery Ca'la Bionda masters this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and beautiful landscape in Veneto. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this Trebbiano with Asian pasta pan or poultry.
Tasting note
Bright yellow with golden reflections. Graceful and seductive on the nose. Floral notes, yellow stone fruit, apricots. This is accompanied by spicy, peppery notes and subtle roasted aromas, which make the barrel aging noticeable. Smooth on the palate and of good complexity. Creamy, with an animating freshness, full and with a lot of pressure on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Great with spaghetti all from gole or with veal chop with sage butter.
Vinification
After gentle pressing and fermentation in steel tanks, the white wine matures for six months in partly new, partly used barriques.
