About the wine

Tasting note
Golden yellow with greenish reflections. Complex bouquet with notes of ripe and dried yellow stone fruit. Plus vanilla, apple and notes of citrus fruits. Harmonious and elegant on the palate and long on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect accompaniment to seafood, fish and aged cheeses.
Vinification
Aged on lees in oak barrels for at least twelve months.
