About the wine
We have a special, strong Cabernet Sauvignon from 2019 for you, which is enthralled by many wine connoisseurs. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Julien Auroux grows this wine in the Southwest countryside. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Cabernet Sauvignon with Ribeye Steak or Gruyère Burger.
Tasting note
The Bergerac Rouge Cimes dans la Brume's playful scent spectrum of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows aromatic complexity and a lot of finesse. The dominant nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper shape their individual texture. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which harmoniously develops its complex structure with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
