Tasting note
The Benjamín Romeo Colección No. 2 La Canoca's playful aromas of black cherry, chocolate and cooked blackberry express a lot of complexity with a very special structure. Next, the refreshing nuances of prune, clove and marmalade reveal their own character. A fruity red wine with a strong body and present acidity, which unfolds its complex structure in a balanced way with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Benjamín Romeo Colección No. 2 La Canoca goes well with lasagna, polenta and pizza.
Vinification
Fermented in oak barrels and aged for 30 months in French oak barrels. Then in the bottle for a further 36 months.
