About the wine
Do you already know the strong Chardonnay Beaune blanc Aux Cras 1er Cru AC from the 2013 vintage? If not, it's time! The chalky, gravelly soils in Burgundy offer the winemaker from the French winery Domaine Louis Latour everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you serve this Chardonnay with goat cheese or poultry.

Tasting note
Clear intense straw yellow. On the nose, aromatic scent of ripe fruit, peaches, but also baked apples and toasted notes, subtle vanilla. Dense and melty on the palate, beautifully balanced and harmonious structure.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, crustaceans, white meats, cheese
Vinification
Fermentation in wooden barrels and further aging for 10 months in French barriques.
