About the wine
The loamy, slate soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Pinot Noir. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Louis Latour knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Tasting note
With this vintage, the Beaune from Latour shows off its elegant side with the typical aroma of Pinot Noir. It smells seductively of cherries, currants and elderberries with a fine note of sandalwood. On the palate, the red wine is fresh and at the same time warming and can be drunk in this style even in your youth. The perfect entry-level wine for Burgundy explorers!

Goes well with poultry, barbecues, fondue bourguignonne
Vinification
Hand harvest. Fermentation traditionally in large open wooden barrels. The wine is then aged for 10 to 12 months in oak barrels specially made by the Louis Latour coopery.
