Tasting note
Intense bouquet with red and black fruits. cherry, blackberry, currant and plum. In addition, there are also fine aromas of coffee and cedar from wood construction, but these are beautifully integrated. With a strong start on the palate. Very fruity again, yet serious with a great balance and chalky tannins. The gourmet experience is rounded off by a long, juicy finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fine cuts of meat, mushrooms and stews.
Vinification
Fermentation in a cement tank. It is then aged for 20 months in new and used French oak barriques.
