Tasting note
Straw yellow with golden reflections. Pleasant woody aromas of vanilla and caramel, ripe apple notes, juicy grapes with a delicate citrus note. The whole beauty is revealed on the palate. Very complex and mineral, the acidity still present and the full body result in a long finish.

Vinification
The mash of the Sauvignon Blanc is cooled to 5 degrees Celsius. Pressed the next day and then matured for two years in 450l wooden barrels. After bottling, a further maturation of six months takes place. The wine is unfiltered.
