About the wine
If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this snappy Nebbiolo 2017 Barolo DOCG. The winemaker from the Italian winery Martini Voerzio is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny and fertile Piedmont countryside. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This nebbiolo is excellent with prosciutto or burrata.
Tasting note
Ruby red. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe, red fruits, strawberry jam, wild blackberries and subtle vanilla notes. Once again, fruit aromas and cocoa notes on the palate. Beautifully balanced tannins. Powerful, well-structured wine with great storage potential.
