Tasting note
Bright red color The bouquet is reminiscent of fresh berries and sweet licorice. On the palate, the velvety tannins make BOROLI Barolo DOCG the classic expression of Barolo in its balanced dialogue between structure and elegance.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pot roast, potato gratin, pasta with meat sauce, truffles and aged cheese.
Vinification
Mash fermentation of 20-25 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing and aging in large oak barrels for 18 months. In addition, the wine ages in the bottle for at least 1 year.
