Tasting note
Bright garnet red color. A persistent bouquet of ripe red fruits, plums and cherries, which opens up to spicy notes. It is a structured and powerful Barolo with a deep aromatic profile. The tannins are soft and supple thanks to the long maceration process. The BOROLI Barolo Villero will reach its full potential even years after the harvest.
Vinification
Mash fermentation of 20-25 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing and aging in large oak barrels for 18 months. In addition, the wine ages in the bottle for at least 1 year.
