Tasting note
Clear ruby red color, intense and fruity bouquet with hints of flowers such as chamomile. Structured and full-bodied, the Barolo Cerequio BOROLI is synonymous with elegance. The aromas of wild berries are supported by perfectly integrated tannins and a long finish.
Vinification
Mash fermentation of 20-25 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing and aging in large oak barrels for 18 months. In addition, the wine ages in the bottle for at least 1 year.
