With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Azienda Agricola Cavalchina masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming countryside of Veneto. Tasting note
The distinctive scent spectrum of black pepper and vanilla shows a complex aroma structure and a lot of finesse. The dominant nuances of raspberry and green pepper shape their individual texture. Medium-bodied and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which shows a lot of character and class harmoniously with fine tannins in the mouth.

The following period is the ideal phase of enjoyment of this wine: 4-5 years. Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes well with recent cheeses, game and hearty meat dishes.
