Tasting note
The floral aromas of the Barbera d'Asti DOCG La Lippa of lavender, spices and vanilla express a lot of character with a very individual structure. The fruity nuances of black cherry and plum then reveal their own character. Strong body and outstanding acidity result in the red wine, which is velvety with subtle tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta dishes with meat and tomato sauces, risotto, pizza & oriental cuisine.
Vinification
Maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 6-8 days. The grapes are then pressed and alcoholic fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks.
