About the wine
Ca' del Baio is an old family business owned by the Grasso family. It is now run by Giulio and Luciana and their three daughters Valentina, Paola and Federico. The total of 28 hectares of vineyards are located in the municipalities of Treiso and Barbaresco.

Tasting note
Classic Barbera nose with notes of violets, cherries and softwood. On the palate, with a pleasant texture and fine acidity.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fried meat, risotto with mushrooms and medium-strength hard cheese.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation. Aging in large wooden barrels.
