About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Corino masters this red wine in the blooming and sunny landscape of Piedmont. With the biting red wine 2015 — Barbera d'Alba DOC, you can offer your family and friends something very special. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Barbera with Piedmontese dishes or hearty, dark meat.
Tasting note
Renato Corino s Barbera is a sample of a deliciously tasty representative of this grape variety. Vinified in steel tanks, aged for 4 months in 2-3 year old barriques. The result is a decidedly fruity-fresh wine, velvety in substance, with good persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for antipasti, pasta and Piedmont dishes.
Vinification
The temperature-controlled fermentation takes 7 days and takes place in steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is left to rest for 4 months in used barriques (second and third layers).
