Tasting note
Intense ruby red color. The nose is winey, intense and delicate. On the palate, lots of dark fruit, orange peel and pomegranate. Medium body. Fruity and juicy, beautifully fresh. More of a light Barbera
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration 8-9 days. Aging for 6 months in 25 hl French oak barrels.
