Tasting note
The nose is characterized by an intense, fresh berry fruit. There are also ripe dark fruits, herbal notes and fine spicy notes. On the palate, Monastrell is fresh with lots of intense dark fruit and soft tannins.
Vinification
Monastrell grapes are harvested partly manually and partly mechanically. The fermentation is carried out at a cool 22°C in steel tanks, where the wine is then aged for a few months.
