Tasting note
Medium purple with garnet reflections. Fresh on the nose, with notes of fine spice, some rose hips and black tea. A fruity start on the palate, with lots of compote fruits, plums and cherries, some liquorice and once again fine spice.
Vinification
8 months in second-year French oak barrels, then aged in bottles for 6 months.
