About the wine

The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Binigrau greets us with this wine, which he grows in the Balearic Islands. With the dominant Chardonnay 2017 — B Seleccio Blanc, nuances and accents are redefined. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Chardonnay with Geisskäse or truffles.

Tasting note
A classic-looking barrique chardonnay with lovely buttery, roasted and floral notes in the bouquet. Soft and plump on the palate, nice creaminess, very balanced and not clumsy thanks to fresh acidity. Very long-lasting with fine roasted and floral aromas. A solid and at the same time seductive white wine from Binigrau!
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: B Seleccio Blanc passt bestens zu Spargeln, Weichkäse und Geisskäse. Unsere Empfehlung: Der Weisswein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 7°-10°C.
