Christmas 2021 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this powerful Shiraz 2016 — Avantis Estate Syrah! The winemaker from the Greek winery Avantis Estate Ltd. grows this wine in the countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this shiraz with roasted vegetables or barbecue.

Vinification
Classic method for red wines, prolonged skin contact for 20 - 30 days with controlled temperature of 24°C to maximize the aroma. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in 225 lt oak barrels, produced by Bertomieu Tonnelerie. It is bottled without stabilization or filtration, so any amount of sediment is completely normal.
