Bio
Tasting note
Pale golden yellow. Complex and mineral on the nose, with citrus fruits, fennel, Mediterranean herbs and white pepper. Characterful on the palate, with exotic aromas and spicy nuances. A long, refreshing finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, vegetables and aperitif.
Vinification
90% of the grapes were vinified in steel tanks, 10% in French barriques. It was then aged for five months on fine yeast.
