TERRE — an artisanal and very characterful winemaker's champagne, which, like the earth, embodies minerality and structure and has an unusual degree of expression and individuality. Terre is characterized by a delicate bouquet and a fine bubbly mousse with a soft, velvety finish. On the palate, it presents itself with a lively acidity, a fine mineral vein and a hint of citrus fruits, caramel, dried figs and some coconut. We recommend that you serve this champagne — like white burgundy — at a slightly higher service temperature. No added sulfur; contains only naturally occurring sulphites.
