About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Swiss winery Aubonne masters this white wine in the beautiful and fertile countryside of Vaud. With the powerful Chasselas 2016 — Aubonne AOC Chateau d'Es Bons Grand Vin Vaudois M.O., nuances and accents are redefined. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this chasselas with fish or an aperitif.
Tasting note
Color: Clear, bright lemon yellow with a fine grey-green glow. Aromatics: Complex, varietal bouquet of linden blossoms, honey, Golden Delicious, delicate, resinous touch, fine cold fermentation note of banana. Body: Lively pleasant start, very long start, present minerality, fine fruity palate aromas. Quality: Creamy, easy-to-drink middleweight with great harmony and wonderful aroma.
