About the wine
You will definitely enjoy the delicious Arinto Vinho Regional Alentejano IGA, which was produced in 2021. Picturesque and sunny landscapes of Alentejo give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Portuguese winery Dorina Lindemann conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity.
Tasting note
Arinto, or Arinto de Bucelas, is an autochthonous grape variety that can be found almost exclusively in Portugal and is one of the oldest grape varieties in the country. Inviting, fresh bouquet with aromas of crunchy apple, citrus fruits, some carambola and delicate exoticism, framed with fine floral tones and light herbal spice. Showing juicy fruit on the palate, with wonderful freshness and a subtle mineral touch on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent wine as an aperitif, e.g. with olives, pickled vegetables and spicy pieces of cheese, but also great as an accompaniment to light, Mediterranean dishes and fish and seafood.
