About the wine
With the delicious Apogée Deg. 20 Extra Brut AC, you will positively surprise your guests. The wine-growing regions of the French winery Jérôme Blin stretch across the landscapes of Champagne, where the experienced winemaker produces this sparkling wine.
Tasting note
Pure Meunier, matured in stainless steel tanks. Bottle maturation on the lees for around two years. The nose shows aromas of mirabelles, peach tart, juicy pears and ripe star fruit, accompanied by notes of almonds (subtle marzipan) and fine mineral-smoky tones. On the palate, again, it shows finely spicy fruit play, with nice freshness, delicate, but showing good complexity.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the sparkling wine is slightly chilled 10°-12°C.
