Tasting note
Nice red with purple reflections. Intense and complex in the bouquet, with typical blackberry notes. Full-bodied and elegant on the palate, with good acidity, fruity and spicy notes. A wine with personality that balances complexity, power and finesse.
Vinification
The grapes go through cold maceration and slow fermentation at a controlled temperature of no more than 23° C. The wine is then aged for 11 months in selected French, Hungarian and American oak barrels.
