About the wine
Satèn is an exclusive wine with a magical name that celebrates the elegance and delicacy of silk. A sophisticated combination of exclusively white grapes, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Ammonites Satèn is an enchanting brut, fresh, soft, delicate, fruity and floral. A wonderful accompaniment to aperitifs and delicacies.

Tasting note
Fine and persistent perlage. Yellow-gold color. Elegant and harmonious notes, with floral and fruity notes and some brioche and toast aromas. Fresh and balanced on the palate with a long lasting aftertaste
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif and all courses.
Vinification
First fermentation in stainless steel tanks and refinement for 6-8 months from September to April. Second fermentation in bottle with at least 24 months on the yeasts at a controlled temperature, 6 months further refinement in the bottle.
