About the wine
The winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta do Ameal has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny landscape in Vinho Verde. With the fine Ameal Solo Único DO from 2020, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
Unique, complex aroma of citrus fruits, fresh peppermint and eucalyptus. Pleasantly dry with a lively acidity. The delicate minerals result in a fruity structure of yellow fruits such as apricots and quince.
Culinary recommendation
Suitable for aperitifs, freshwater fishing, Mediterranean cuisine, poultry, saltwater fishing.
Vinification
Manually harvested Loureiro grapes that are gently pressed and then chilled to ferment. The 7-month maturation took place partly in concrete eggs.
