Tasting note
Intense ruby red color, with hints of plums, wild fruits, bromine and raspberries on the nose, the palate is a bit spicy, soft, full-bodied and elegant with a long finish.

Vinification
Dry the berries for 120 days (weight loss of 55%), after gentle pressing, 24 months in French barrels and stored for 6 months in bottle.
