Amarone Della Valpolicella DOC 2019 - Famiglia Cielo

About the wine

Before the grapes are processed, they air dry for 30 days. The young wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months. This process gives Amarone its typical ripe fruit aromas and a full and velvety body.

Das markante Duftspektrum des Amarone Della Valpolicella DOC von schwarzem Pfeffer und Vanille spielt geschickt mit Ihrem Geruchssinn. Danach überzeugen verspielte Nuancen von Himbeere und grünem Paprika entschlossen und bewusst Ihre Geschmackssinne. Mittelkräftiger Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher ausgewogen mit feinen Tanninen im Mund viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
Culinary recommendation
