Tasting note
Dense garnet red color, intense aromas of cooked berries, nice notes of cherries and spices. Strong, concentrated body in beautiful harmony with fruit and wood, very elegant.

Vinification
All grapes come from the Monte Danieli vineyard. Careful selection of grapes for subsequent drying on mats for 120 — 150 days. After passing through the first vinification process, the wine is divided and aged separately: 70% mature for at least 2 years in oak barrels, the remaining 30% in oak barrels for 2 years. The two base wines are then suitably blended together and aged again for 6 months in large oak barrels.
