Tasting note
Its color impresses with rich golden yellow with lime green reflections. The nose is rather fruity with some mango, pear and orange. The well-balanced acidity combined with the fruit and aging aromas (apricot, vanilla and caramel) are convincing.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters such as carpaccio, grilled scampi, Wonderful with bouillabaisse, fried tuna and vegetable quiche, blue and hard cheese and almond cake.
