Tasting note
Intense red color. The nose is dominated by fruity aromas of strawberries and cherries, with increasing contact with the air, notes of chocolate and spices become noticeable. The tannins are still strong and the finish is very long.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with lamb or game.
Vinification
In 500 lt. Aged in oak barrels and in concrete eggs for 12 months. Bottled unfiltered.
